Job Title: Print Production Manager

Lagos Business School – Nigeria

    From time to time recommend optimal document production and management systems and processes
    Create and manage monthly production schedules
    Make timely request for collateral including programme timetable
     Request for working materials and consumables for the machines
     Ensure machines are maintained and in good working condition always
     Desktop publishing and electronic document collation / preparation
    Recommend efficient, time saving project production flow
    Quality control: Examine finished samples and approve quality before delivery
    Identify and select appropriate options for binding, inks, paper, varnishes and special   printing processes
    Perform administrative tasks within the unit.
    Liaise with Corporate Communications on institution’s document production needs
    Any other tasks to be assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

    Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe product suite
    Quality and resource management competencies
    Operation and process management
     Inventory management skills
    Electronic document management
    Familiarity and experience in digital decision and information technology environment would be an added advantage

Minimum Qualification & Experience

BSC/HND in Print Production, Fine Arts , Graphics Design or related discipline

Cognate Experience:

Minimum of 5years experience in a managerial position in a Print production environment
