Job Title: Administrative Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsible for ensuring businesses run smoothly. Preside over facilities management, allocate office space, oversee mail department, materials scheduling, and other facets of organization.

Primary Responsibilities

    Oversee centralized operations.
    Ensure operations run smoothly within departments such as information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, recycling, wellness, and transportation services.
    Ensure contracts, insurance requirements, and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly.
    Examine energy consumption patterns, technology usage, and personal property needs.
    Plan long and short-term maintenance needs.
    Modernize and update equipment.
    Oversee support services.
    Answer directives from directors of administration.
    Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, supplies, products, or services.
    Handle the acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies.
    Preside over disposal of unclaimed property.
    Plan and design grounds maintenance.
    Develop energy efficiency procedures.
    Supervise a building’s operations and maintenance, real estate, project planning and management, communication, finance, facility function, technology integration, and environmental factors.
    Plan workspaces.
    Oversee renovation projects.
    Monitor facility for security.
    Direct facilities staff, including custodial and grounds workers.
    HSE certification is an added advantage.

Job Title: Executive Secretary
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.

Primary Responsibilities

    Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
    Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
    Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
    Manage travel and schedule.
    Handle information requests.
    Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
    Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
    Prepare statistical reports.
    Manage spreadsheets.
    Greet and receive visitor.
    Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
    Coordinates office management activities.
    Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
    Prepare agenda for meetings.
    Takes and transcribes dictation.
    Helps prepare office budget.
    Plans events and volunteer activities.
    Maintain office procedures.
    Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
    Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
    Coordinate committees and task forces.
    Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
    Receive and relay telephone messages.
    Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
    Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
    Sign for UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.

HND / Degree qualification required

Job Title: Marketing Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives within an organization. Works to develop areas such as sales management, product development, distribution channel management, marketing communications, including advertising and promotions, pricing, market research, and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

    Facilitate growth, sales, and marketing strategies at an organization.
    Increase revenue generation.
    Reduce costs.
    Perform risk mitigation.
    Prepare overall marketing strategy.
    Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results.
    Implement and manage marketing budget.
    Leverage data and analytics to drive insights.
    Modify or redirect business intelligence strategy.
    Oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing team.
    Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth.
    Oversee the development of new products.
    Create product roadmap.
    Develop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates.
