Recruitment Consultants ( Sales)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Salary: Competitive Basic and generous commission

We are currently expanding our Oil & Gas recruitment team and as such we are seeking driven and resilient individuals to join us.

The Role: You’ll join the team as a Recruitment Consultant, where initially, on the job training & development will be a large part of your day.

You will learn to manage your own client portfolio and run a business within a business as a Recruitment Consultant.

A typical day will include:

Business development, client meetings, interviewing candidates, marketing, headhunting, negotiating terms of business, maintaining client relationships, hitting targets!
Desired Skills and Experience

Requirement

    Ideally a minimum 12 months sales experience although alternative professional experience will be considered
    An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
    React in a targeted environment
    Articulate and able to present at all levels
    Good command of written and spoken English
