Program Manager in Nigeria:
Job Title: Site Engineer and Technicians
Job Requirements
The candidates must have a minimum of 2yrs experience in Fiber implementation (Civil and Telecoms work) with ability to work under intense pressure within an outside Nigeria.
He must be able to display loyalty, honesty and dedication in the discharge of his duties to the company.
Job Title: Warehouse Officer
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in directing, planning and coordinating the warehouse storage and distribution activities of a company Dealing with delivery procedures and making sure that HSE guide lines are followed at all times.
Attend to all activities in the warehouse, to ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
Ability to maintain proper records of material in the warehouse.
Must be able to work and travel in and outside Nigeria.
Job Title: Program Manager (Project and Management Office)
Job Requirements
The candidate must have a minimum of 10years experience in Fiber implementation (Civil and Telecoms work) as well as ETS with the willingness to work under pressure anywhere in and outside Nigeria.
He will be responsible for tracking and monitoring all assigned projects at dedicated sites via the Project Managers or Project Supervisors.
He must be able to produce AS built within a short period of time while monitoring the Project Managers on site with objectivity and empathy to ensure timely completion of projects with strict compliance of HSE Policy Procedures.
He must also be able to proffer cost cutting strategies for each project while showing loyalty, honesty, transparency and dedication in the discharge of his duties to the company.
He or she must be able to prepare budget for Project; interface with the Group Office and the Project Managers.
Must excel in client relationship management; vendor management, and resolution of complicated community issues as well as other issues.
Excellence in MS Office application will be an added advantage.
Job Title: Project Manager
Job Requirements
The candidate must have a minimum of 6yrs experience in Fiber implementation (Civil and Telecoms work) as well as BTS with the willingness to work under pressure any where in and outside Nigeria.
He will be responsible for monitoring and reporting all assigned projects at dedicated sites and ensure timely completion of projects with strict compliance of HSE Policy Procedures.
He must be able to proffer cost cutting strategies for assigned project while showing loyalty, honesty, transparency and dedication In the discharge of his duties to the company.
Use of MS Office will be an added advantage.
He or she must have good command of English and ability to speak French and will be en added advantage.
Experience In aerial fibre will also be an added advantage.
He must excel In client relationship management vendor management, and resolution of complicated community issues as well as other issues.
Job Title:Project Supervisor
Job Requirements
The candidate must have a minimum of 4yrs experience in Fiber implementation (Civil and Telecoms work) as well as BTS with the willingness to work under pressure any where in and outside Nigeria.
He will be responsible for monitoring and reporting all assigned projects at dedicated sites and ensure timely completion of projects with strict compliance of HSE Policy Procedures.
He must be able to proffer cost cutting strategies for assigned project and have the ability to manage approved vendors/labourers on site while showing loyalty, honesty, transparency and dedication in the discharge of his duties to the company.
Ability to use OTDR and Splicing machine for splicing, termination and testing as well as experience in aerial fibre will be an added advantage.
Must be good in the use of Microsoft office applications.
Job Title: Design Supervisor
Job Requirements
The candidate must have a minimum of 4years experience with extensive knowledge of Fibre implementation (Civil and Telecoms works); and BTS.
He must be experienced in Fibre Survey and be able to produce detailed BOQ based on the Survey.
He must also be able to produce AS built within a short period of time.
Good knowledge of the use of Design Software and MS Office is compulsory.
Job Title: Compressor and Blowing Machine Operator
Job Requirements
The candidates must be able to operate compressors and blowing machine and ensure its good use and maintenance.
He must be able to adhere to the directives of his supervisors and be ready to work under intense pressure on site within and outside Nigeria.
