Job Title: Management Trainee
Location: Lagos

Requirements

    Bachelors or HND degree ( 0 – 5 years experience).
    Working knowledge of the Internet market.
    Strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
    Ability to identify new business opportunity.
    Ability to work independently and in a team.
    Ability to drive and Excellent written and oral skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities will be to develop the ventures in your office location. You will directly manage your operational and sales team.

Key Responsibilities

    Setup and Drive location profitability
    Manage the team, in particular the local sales and operations team
    Deliver measurable results linked to the office you are in charge of Report progress
    The first few months will be a whirlwind of activity, but all the while you must produce results and collaborate with the existing Lekki based team. You will spend time at the Lekki office prior to moving to your location.

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

    The successful candidate must adapt to changing circumstances.
    You will be required to market all over the Lagos state is required, and we are searching for qualified Sales personnel.
    The first few months will be a whirlwind of activity, but all the while you must produce sales results and collaborate with the existing Lekki based sales team.

Requirements

    Previous computer, networking or wireless experience or willing to learn
    OND degree
    Self starter
    Confident professional personality
    Working knowledge of the Internet market
    Ability to drive
    Excellent written and oral skills
    Previous sales experience in the real estate market or as an estate manager is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

    Your responsibility is to perform customer installations from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 5pm. You will meet the customer at their house to install our device at the customer’s chosen location.
    You will perform all installations, maintenance, disconnects and troubleshooting in our service area.
    You are the only Tizeti employee that our customers meet face to face so you must represent our company with the highest level of professionalism.
