Job Title: Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

    Marketing of Health plans
    Respond to clients’ enquiries/complaints promptly and efficiently
    Previous experience in a service organisation
    Ability to work with computer programs
    Innovative and creative
    Assist tie Departmental Head in administering clients’ feedback initiatives
    Ability to work with minimal supervision

Qualification:

    A university degree holder in Social Science or relevant fields
    (Experience in a Hearth Management Organisation will be an added advantage)

Job Title: Head of Branch
Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee general branch operations
    Monitor efficient performance of marketing operations through branch staff
    Marketing of various health plans
    Monitor quality value reports and ensure adherence to qualify concepts in daily marketing operations
    Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and process specifications.
    Co-ordinate clients’ meeting/presentations and monitoring of clients account on a regular basis
    Provide overall leadership, Motivation and direction for marketing & branch staff
    Ability to work with computer programs

Qualification:

    MBBS, B. Pharm., B.Sc Nursing
    Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (Experience in a Health) Management Organisation will be an added advantage)


Job Title: Clients Relations Officer

Kay Responsibilities:

    Inspection & Accreditation, Quality Assurance, Crisis Resolution, Casual Visitation, Education/ Forums, Capitation Delivery, Handing Correspondences
    Marketing of health plans
    Provide secondary support to the call center as regards enrollee issues, authorization issues & other issues related to client relations.
    Problem solving skis
    Ability to work with computer programs

Qualification:

    MBBS, B. Pharm, single or double qualified nurses (RN/RM/RPN etc.)
    Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (Experience in a Health Management Organisation will be an added advantage)
