We are currently recruiting for a Lead Instrument & Control Engineer on a 6/2 rota basis located at our Offices in Lagos, Nigeria .

This requirement is to work on a 6/2 week rotational basis in Lagos, Nigeria where we have established a joint venture with a local engineering company and we wish to resource a technical Instrument & Control leader to help us establish our business in country and to assist in growing our organisation in a constructive and sustainable manner. The successful candidate will be required to establish and maintain the technical standards within the piping discipline, set strategic and tactical direction with regard to policy/procedures, work force staffing and budgeting. Also participate in decisions regarding the acquisition and execution of engineering and/or engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) contracts, and support business acquisitions and the preparation of technical proposals. This is a management level position with full responsibility for hiring decisions, staffing levels, budgets, salary administration, and career development of assigned personnel within an engineering discipline.
