Job description
Responsible for all aspects of various construction projects of a moderately complex nature consisting of base building (shell) construction and/or multiple tenant and interior renovation improvement projects from begining to end with direct accountability for project execution while leading a team to accomplish specific objectives within a prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Plan, direct, cordinate and schedule all elements of project budget, goals and objectives to ensure timely, cost effective project completion. Effectively communicate relevant project information to management and minimize company exposure and risk. Promote the integration of sustainability and envirornmental stewardship into all projects.
