Job Title: WORKSHOP DEPARTMENT
1 Workshop Supervisor
Preferably a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in workshop practice or OND with 10 years experience in a similar job
2 Heavy Duty Operators
Trade test, calm disposition, technical and psychomotor skill and conversant with the functions of heavy duty machines. At least 4 years experience on a similar position 1
3 Tractor Operator
As in Heavy duty above
4 Heavy Duty ITractor mechanics
Candidate should be able to identify symptoms of mechanical faults and prescribe remedies. Must be analytical with at least 4 years experience
5 Lathe Machinist
Candidate must have appropriate qualification with at least 5 years hands on the job experience.
6 Vulcanizer
7 Welder
Applicant should be conversant with both electrical and manual welding with 4 years experience.
Job Title: ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT
1 Management Accountant
Demonstrate knowledge of Management accounting with 8 years cognate experience coupled with the possession of relevant academic and professional qualification
2 Accountant
A minimum of first degree in Accounting with relevant professional qualification, must demonstrate concern for order, quality and accuracy. With at least 7 years experience
3 Internal Auditor
A stickler of rules and procedures, a degree in Accounting with 5 years audit experience, computer literacy
4 Store Supervisors
Minimum of OND in Accounting/Business or related disciplne, with at least 6 years relevant experience, ability to use spreadsheet
Job Title: OIL MILL DEPARTMENT
1 Mill Manager
A degree in mechanical engineering with 8 years in a related position, must possess cognitive and leadership competencies
2 Production Supervisor
A degree in mechanical engineering, 6 years experience and must understand production flow chat
3 Mechanical Supervisor
As in production supervisor above with ability to diagnose mechanical faults
4 Electrical Supervisor
A degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 years experience on a similar job
5 Quality Controller
A first degree in Biological sciences or related discipline with at least 5 years experience in a similar job
Job Title: AGRICULTURAL DEPARTMENT
1 Divisional Heads
A degree in Agriculture or related discipline with at least 7 years experience in palm plantation, knowledge of pest and disease of palm trees, applicable fertilizers and ability to lead and manage teams
2 Agric Supervisors
OND in related discipline with 8 years experience or B.sc with 6 years experience on the field, must possess good communication skills, appreciable knowledge of harvesting circle and other plantation tasks and must be able to organize workforce.
