Job description
Our client, the largest industrial conglomerate in Africa, presently valued at 40 billion USD, is now foraying into large Green Field Petroleum refinery in the South of Nigeria, outside Lagos at Ondo State.
This Project is a 9 Billion USD layout, scheduled to be the world’s largest Single Train refinery producing 4,00,000 barrels per day of largely Gasoline.
Our client is looking for Project Managers with project design experience or project execution/construction experience in the following fields:
1. Civil
2. Mechanical
3. Electrical
4. Instrumentation
5. Production/Process
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 15 years of experience in Petroleum Refinery project related field/activities.
Should have previously managed projects of Petroleum Refineries
Should have Effective Planning and Organizational Skills.
He must be very practical, hands-on, with a common sense of approach, to handle the staff working under him.
The person must be very dynamic and extremely tough.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any relevant discipline.
Professional degree/ qualification such as MBA would be a huge add on.
Working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project and CAD is an advantage.
