Job Title: Financial Accountant
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Applicant must be a holder of HND/ B.Sc in Accounting plus ICAN or ACA with not less than 10 years experience as a practicing Accountant in a reputable organization.
Proficiency in the use of sage 50, quick book and/or other Accounting packages is highly essential.
High knowledge in preparation of financial reports and budget planning is required.
Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Applicant must be a holder of HND/B.Sc in a Business field such as Economics, Logistics, Accounting or any other related course with not less than 10 years experience as a practicing Procurement Officer in a reputable organization.
Applicant is expected to have supply chain work related skills, production and processing as well as customer and personnel service skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel Sheet, Microsoft Word and the Microsoft environment is highly essential.
Applicant must be experienced for timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high rise building facility.
Job Title: Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Applicant must be a holder of HND/B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Candidate must have experience with chillers/chilled water system and electrical system in high rise building facility.
Applicant must be experienced in high rise building maintenance and must have at least 10 years experience.
Job Title: Maintenance Electrical Technician
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Candidates are expected to be familiar with the maintenance of electrical systems such as distribution board, electrical panels and so on.
Basic understanding of electrical system: ability to troubleshoot and carry out maintenance/repair.
Minimum of 10 years experience in high rise building maintenance.
Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent
Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Candidate is expected to be familiar with the maintenance and repair of chilled water system, specifically chillers, Fan coil unit & air handling unit.
Applicant must have a proven track record on the job.
Minimum of trade test certificate city and guild in refrigeration & air conditioning with a minimum of 10 years experience.
Job Title: Health Safety and Environmental Officer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Candidate is expected to be familiar with operational HSE support for all activities associated with the permitting and day-to-day operation of technicians in high rise building maintenance, repair, servicing and troubleshooting.
Candidate must be able to implement health, safety and environment plans, programs, procedures and advice for all project works and operational Sites OS required.
Minimum of BSC/HND in Environmental Health or its equivalent with series of health and safety associated courses and appropriate professional qualifications e.g. (NEBOSH, ISO, IOSH etc) with not less than 10 years working experience in a similar high rise building working environment and petroleum environment.
