A leading super-major operator is looking to recruit a Completion and Workover Superintendent for their onshore and offshore operations in Nigeria. The Completion and Workover Superintendent will preside over onshore and offshore operations from the headquarters in Port Harcourt with rig visits expected throughout the month. The main responsibilities of the Completion and Workover Superintendent will be to optimise the design of completions from conceptual to installation following company rules, prepare and continuously update the internal Completion and Workover documents, manage completions contracs and procedures and work coherently with the Engineers, Geologists, Petrophysicists, Drilling Engineers and Drilling Fluid Specialists. Technical experience, risk management, de-briefs, audits will be manditory and the Completion and Workover operations (CTU, snubbing, stimulation pumping, wireline, coiled tubing) will be co-ordinated both from the office in Port Harcourt and on-site.

As the successful Completion and Workover Superintendent you will have had prior experience working with a major operator. Experience working in Africa is preferable although not compulsory as candidates will be considered for the Completion and Workover Superintendent role based on expertise. Ideally, the candidate will have both on and offshore experience in accordance with the types of operations in Nigeria and excellent character and communication skills are desired.
