Primus Group – Our Client provides Engineering offerings related to onshore/offshore facilities,
Greenfield and Brownfield projects to operators in Nigeria.

Major Accountabilities of Position

    Directs the overall effort of a large complex or multiple ongoing projects.
    Ensures compliance with Client Expectations through fair and reasonable solutions to issues that arise with respect to contract, personnel, technical matters, budget and schedule constraints.
    Responsible for scoping and implementing internal programs that have fundamental importance to the organization.
    Develops business opportunities through client interaction, quality of work, continuous promotion of capabilities and ensuring good communication with established clients as well as new clients.

    Capable of providing valuable strategic assistance in complex projects or settings. Seen as a recognized technical expert whose involvement substantially increases credibility of approach
    Able to iron out all but the most difficult personnel, resource or technical problems in a multi-corporate and possibly multi-cultural environment.

Education & Experience

    Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 8 years relevant experience.

    Ability to routinely serve as mentor or coach to staff enabling them to achieve their professional goals.
