Job Description

    To improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth defining long-term organisational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifing business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
    The Business Development Manager will work in a senior sales position within the company relating with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. He/She will find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
    He/She will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive, calling on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that will meet or predict their needs.

Job Title: Cost & Management Accountant

Job Description
To determine profitability of all existing and proposed revenue generating assets at all points in time and track costs of various process and departmental activities thereby informing financial decision making. He/She will oversee the application of cost accounting policies and procedures analyse variances and capitalization of variances to ensure complete application across the business.

Knowledge & Experience

    A university degree and or MSC in Accounting, Economics or related field.
    Relevant professional certification i.e.: ICAN, ACCA, ACA
    At least 3 years’ experience at executive level plus minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Finance manager.
    At least 5 years’ experience in managing a reputable financial function, and conversant with IFRS reporting system and standards.
