Position: Digger (Helper)

Purpose/Role:
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of digging materials.

Key aims and objectives:

    Digs out a site layout, exercising care not to dig too deep into wood or other cables lines
Prime Responsibilities and Duties:
    Operate jackhammers or drills to break up concrete or pavement.
    Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.
    Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
    Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes.
    Smooth or finish freshly poured cement or concrete, using floats, trowels, screeds, or powered cement finishing tools.
Other Duties:

    Performs other related duties as required.
The Persons:

Postion: Fuel Attendant / Bowser Driver

Purpose/Role:
The principal responsibility of the Fuel Attendant is fill tanks of mobile equipment / Plant on site.

Key aims and objectives:

    Dispense Fuel to Mobile Plants / Equipment.
Prime Responsibilities and Duties:

    Run fuel pumps.
    Supply them a voucher for required volume of fuel to be collected for each day.
    Receive the applied fuel into the main tanks.
    Fill fuel tanks of equipment with diesel to particular levels.
    Collate sub-vouchers, take meter readings on volume received and plant hour meter reading at the point of receiving the diesel.
    Develop the record to determine the actual volume dispensed for the day/week and month.
    Prepare records to be entered in a worksheet.
Other Duties:

    Performs other related duties as required.
The Persons:

    Must possess minimum of a trade test with 5 years industrial work experience.
    Good driving skills.
    Trade Test Certifications from any recognized and accredited post-secondary institution.
    Must have knowledge of water distribution and waste water disposal in commercial, residential and industrial buildings
    Must possess good oral and written communication skill.
    Must always be ready to work whenever needed, even under pressure.

Position: Project Material Controller

Purpose/Role:
Management and co-ordination of all OFON 2 Project Material control requirements

Key aims and objectives:

    Material Status reconsolidations for all disciplines and identify gaps.
    To address gaps  and implement effective materials controls systems and process in materials flow and equipment packages   on OFON 2  Project
Coordinates with QA/QC  to ensure effective finalisation of Material Receiving Report
    Liaise with Engineering /Project management teams to identify shortages /omitted materials particularly piping and E/I materials Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials in order to meet production schedules.
    To enhance existing UID traceability and inspection procedure
     Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling, including labelling, stocking and organizing stock items on shelving.
    Maintain files, such as packing lists, MRR, bills of lading.
    Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of materials control systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
    Ensure that all relevant HSE policies, procedures , instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services  and environmental compliance is guaranteed
    Ensure the safe passage and timely delivery of requested  materials to work site areas
    Conducts lessons learnt on materials control on the project
Prime Responsibilities and Duties:
    Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and timely manner.
    To ensure prompt availability and effective allocation of materials to Fabrication and Erection work sites.
    Set up inventory systems to identify and reconcile all materials procured

The Person:

Position: Mechanic

Purpose/Role:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location.

Key aims and objectives:
The basic function of the Mechanic is to install, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and maintain mechanical equipment throughout the facility in a safe and professional manner. Maintenance Mechanic experience in heavy industry or power plant strongly preferred.

Prime Responsibilities and Duties:

    Monitors and maintains facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient equipment and facility operation.
    Performs preventive and repair maintenance procedures safely and professionally with minimal supervision in accordance with Company Work Rules, Policies and Procedures.
    Initiates and completes work-orders and requisitions, and documents all critical and or pertinent information on a routine basis.
    Responds and reports to work during off hours when emergency repairs are required.
    Takes proactive measures to address improvement opportunities.
    Assumes increased levels of responsibility when required or requested. Performs lesser skilled duties when required or requested.
    Complete the Corporate and Plant Training Programs within the time frame prescribed.
    Identifies and effectively uses basic and precision measuring tools to calculate and determine lengths, surface areas, and volumes as necessary while performing maintenance tasks on a routine basis.
    Follows standard safety procedures, correct safety and environmental hazards, and report them to the Shift Supervisor immediately.     When breakdown occur, repairs as quickly as possible in order to minimize operation downtime.

Position: Compressor Mechanic

Purpose/Role:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location.

Key aims and objectives:
The basic function of the Compress Mechanic is to be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and any repairs to all compressors.

Prime Responsibilities and Duties:

    Keep a daily log on all compressor maintenance performed.
    Ensure there is a planned maintenance system in place on all compressors
    General maintenance on all hardware for high-pressure equipment
    Assist the Air Gun Mechanic with maintenance and repairs as needed
    Assist the departments with maintenance and repairs as needed
    Keep all compressor areas clean and neat at all times
    Inspect all compressors on a regular basis for any oil leaks
    Coordinate all compressor activity
    Keep an adequate supply inventory available for any needed repairs
    Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean living environment
    Participate in all emergency drills and safety meetings
    Wear all necessary personal protective equipment as required
    Review and become familiar with Company Policies pertaining to safety
    Adhere to the Company Policy on drugs and alcohol

Position: Auto Electrician – Mechanical

Purpose/Role:
To carry out routine electrical works including vehicle preparation and the fitting of electronics equipment to standard.

Key aims and objectives:
Repairs and overhauls electrical systems in automotive vehicles, such as car, buses, and truck and equipment. Install, maintain, identify faults, and repair electrical wiring and computer based equipment in vehicles and equipment

Prime Responsibilities and Duties:

    Determines malfunction of electrical system by visual inspection of vehicle / equipment and coordinate to workshop and site in‐charge on day to day activities.
     Familiar with adjusting ignition timing and measures and adjusts distributor breaker‐point gaps.
    Repairs or replaces defective wiring in ignition, lighting, air‐conditioning, and safety control systems, can fill‐up, control and update the maintenance records on daily basis
    Install electrical equipment such as gauges, lighting, alternators, and starter motors in cars, and install electrically operated accessories.
    Familiar to test instruments and read circuit diagrams to find electrical faults, adjust engine control systems and timing to make sure vehicles are running at peak performance.
     Knows to test, recondition, and replace faulty alternators, generators, starter motors, and related items such as voltage regulators and batteries, and repair or replace faulty ignition systems, electrical wiring, fuses, lamps, and switches.
     Good in rewinding motors and electronic wirings.
Other Duties:

    Complies with the highest level of safety at workshop and site to avoid any type of accidents.

    Minimum of (5) years’ work experience as Auto Electrician for all types of equipment and vehicle both in workshop and on sites.

Position: Auto AC Technician

Purpose/Role:
An Auto AC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. These professionals work in industrial, residential and commercial settings.

Key aims and objectives:
The aim of the AC Technician is to review blueprints, install air conditioning systems, test systems for proper functioning, performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.

Prime Responsibilities and Duties:

    Installs and repairs automotive air-conditioning units: Bolts compressor to engine block and installs driving pulley on front end of crankshaft.
    Places fan belt on pulleys, adjusts tension, and tightens bolts.
    Bolts evaporator unit under dashboard or in trunk.
    Welds or bolts mounting brackets to automobile frame.
    Drills holes through interior panels, threads hoses through holes and connects hoses to compressor, evaporator, and cool-air outlet.
    Fills compressor with refrigerant and starts unit.
    Measures compressor pressure to determine efficiency of compressor, using gauge.
    Listens to operating unit for indications of malfunction.
    Removes faulty units from vehicles, disassembles them, and replaces worn and broken parts and fluid in unit.
    Makes electrical connections as required.
    May specialize in installation of automotive air-conditioning units and be designated Automotive Air-Conditioner Installer.
Other Duties:
All other reasonable duties when requested.

Position: Bar Supervisor

Purpose/Role:
Responsible for the Bar & Lounge facility and the financial controls and stock0 in the Bar.

Key aims and objectives:

    Financial controls of all money received by Bar Staff
    Overseeing the management of Bar and Bar stock
    Dealing with staffing and client issues
Prime Responsibilities and Duties:

    Accountability for all money received from Bar using POS System
    Paying of all money received to Financial Controller
    Responsible for all Bar activities including Stock & Sales
    Maintenance and Cleanliness of Bar & Lounge facility
    Liaise with ND staff to ensure the continued provision of the appropriate service
    Handles complaints and special requests
    Monitors work schedules and staff performance against established benchmarks
    Monitors hygiene and food handling practices for compliance with established policies and procedures
    Conducts periodical stock takes as necessary and ensures stock rotation
    Enforces safety requirements and models safe behavior
    Communicates routinely with staff through meetings, on the job sessions, and other methods
    Demonstrates team building and leadership skills
    Attends and participates in training activities and attends meetings as required

    Cleaning of all areas of the Housing Estate when required
    Garbage removal from the house/Cabin to the skip area
    General housekeeping, Bed Making
    Maintain a high standard of hygiene at all times and ensure that you clean as you go, especially at the end of each shift
    Enforces safety requirements and models safe behavior
