Rumi Properties is currently seeking to employ suitably qualified candidates to fill the position
below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

    As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for HR Planning, job analysis, Organisational restructuring, Recruitment and Selection, Orientation and Induction of employees, confirmation and appraisals, Promotions and Terminations.
    You will also evaluate employee jobs, remuneration systems, process payment of wages and salaries, organise regular training for staff, carry out performance appraisals, dispute and complaint resolution, disciplinary action and any other duties as directed by the Director.

Requirements

    A Graduate from any reputable University, with a minimum of CGPA of 3.0 or it’s equivalent
    Experience in learning and development will an added advantage
    The successful candidate must be computer literate, hardworking, a team player and able to work under minimal or no supervision
    The preferred candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years post NYSC experience in recruitment, managing end to end process from writing job descriptions to filling actual vacancies. Preference will be for experienced recruiters either from a financial or consulting backgrounds or recruiters from a well structured organization
    Proficient and demonstrated knowledge of general HR management is required

General Competencies

    The preferred candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
    Effective communication skills (Verbal,oral and writing)
    Information technology skills at a highly proficient level – Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel & Power-point)
    Effective presentation and analytical skills
    Project management skills
