We require qualified and competent candidates for the role of:
Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
Location: Lagos
Requirements
The candidate should be preferably female
At least 1-3 years retail experience in a reputable organization (fashion organization would be an added advantage). Fresh graduates can also apply.
Fluency in English would be an added advantage.
Minimum of HND or B.Sc.
Preferred age of candidates is 21-30 years
Responsibilities
The retail sales associate would be responsible for the in-store customer experience that would lead to increased sales, customer delight and retention,
Gathering of market intelligence of geographical area to promote marketing and drive sales.
Manage the retail store with other team members for profit maximization.
Up sell and Cross sell merchandise in the store.
Skills:
Strong team playing and leadership skills is crucial to the role
Good selling and customer service skills.
Ability to persuade, influence and educate customers on product and services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organization/ Merchandising skills.
