Roles & Responsibilities
- General Supervision – Generally overseeing u vision operations.
- Ensuring conversion of initial AVR database to useable excel worksheets for data/file cleaning.
- Supervising collation of outstanding relevant corrective data
- Supervision of data Input/file cleaning progression
- Resolving internal and external complaints on u-Vision – billing and Customer service issues

- 5 years relevant experiences

Roles & Responsibilities
- Determination of company cost of services
- Design and agree appropriate tariff for each customer class
- Re-Optimisation of tariff growth to maximize revenue

- Background in economies of power-system

- Carry out regular investigation and detection of frauds
- Analyse and review customer billing and payment profiles
