Job Description

  • The Business development representative will strive to develop new accounts and maintain the current customer base.
  • This individual must have excellent communication and writing
    skills, is self-motivated and has demonstrated past effectiveness in
    sales and meeting business goals.
  • This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and interacts with the installation and service departments.

Duties

  • Develop new sales accounts through the use of cold calling, referrals, direct mailing and other proven methods.
  • Provide timely and effective sales proposals to prospective and
    current customers to ensure the product and services offered are
    explained, understood and ultimately sold.
  • Maintain customer relations by resolving concerns and answering customer questions.
  • Strive to meet and exceed monthly quota assignments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Security Sales Industry
  • Strong passion for selling
  • Must pass background check
  • Clean record
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Systems
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, able to work with minimum supervision
  • Possess exceptional customer service and communication skills
