Job Title: Business Development Representative

- The Business development representative will strive to develop new accounts and maintain the current customer base.
- This individual must have excellent communication and writing
skills, is self-motivated and has demonstrated past effectiveness in
sales and meeting business goals.
- This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and interacts with the installation and service departments.
- Develop new sales accounts through the use of cold calling, referrals, direct mailing and other proven methods.
- Provide timely and effective sales proposals to prospective and
current customers to ensure the product and services offered are
explained, understood and ultimately sold.
- Maintain customer relations by resolving concerns and answering customer questions.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly quota assignments.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Security Sales Industry
- Strong passion for selling
- Must pass background check
- Clean record
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Systems
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, able to work with minimum supervision
- Possess exceptional customer service and communication skills
