Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Corner Gate Limited is looking for an individual to join our Customer Service team.
  • He/she will also assist in Office Jobs.
  • Our Customer Service Professionals receive and respond to
    customer phone calls in a timely and productive manner, as well as
    communicating effectively with Office Personnel within his/her
    department.

Requirements

  • B.Sc (minimum of 2:1) in any relevant field.
  • Previous contact center experience is a plus.

Office hours starts from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to Multi Task and Quality Documentation Skills
  • Has Great Listening Skills and observes phone etiquette
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Above average computer skills and well versed in Microsoft Office Application. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
  • Leadership in managing people is a plus.
  • Trustworthy, Responsible, Ability to Work with Little or NO Supervision
