Job description
As the “Senior Marketing Executive” your primary job responsibility will be to undertake market analysis in Nigeria and other West Africa countries, to identify niche market and utilise the most suitable channels of communication for reaching out to prospective clients and in addition carrying out risk analysis to formulate business strategy, that will ultimately create a comprehensive report as a working document towards expanding the market share of TCL Global in the Nigeria. You will, from time to time, deal with queries received from prospective client-students in compliance with the TCL Service Delivery Process and Client Service Standard and be responsible for processing applications and maintaining liaison with various Schools and partner Universities in UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and USA. You will also be required to undertake day to day managerial and administrative responsibilities, you will need a high level of communication and inter-personal skills.
Job responsibilities
To identify niche market in Nigeria and other West Africa Countries develop new channels of communication that will impact positively on the results.
To organise various promotional and marketing events for partner universities.
To recruit sub-agents for various prats of Nigeria and maintain liaison with them.
To organise various open-day events and seminars in collaboration with oversees institutions.
To manage and maintain the administration of the business.
To maintain liaison with the international team of various UK Universities and School.
To maintain regular communication with TCL Global head office in UK for updates.
To attend client queries via various media i.e. face to face meeting, email, telephone.
To advise clients regarding various UK Universities and Schools and also about institutions in USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
To advise and assist clients regarding immigration and visa issues.
To assist clients in choosing the suitable courses and right institutions.
To update and maintain internal client database.
To attend training sessions in relation to education counselling at national and international levels.
Job Nature
Full-time (5 days a week)
Start time 8AM-5PM with an hour break
Job Location
Nigeria – Abuja
Required experience
2 years’ experience in reputed overseas/foreign organisations in executive position
Applicants with marketing and client service experience are highly encouraged
Previous work-experience in education sector will be given preference
Educational qualification
Bachelor Degree holder preferably in marketing or business administration. Applicants with marketing degree are highly encouraged.
