Role summary:

Marketing and Sales of the company’s Mandates, Managing the image/brand of the Business

Reports To: MD/CEO

Location: Ikoyi ,Lagos

Main Responsibilities:

1. Introduce new projects within our target areas
2. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
3.Drive team to achieving high performance.
4. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
5. Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
6. Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
7. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating the company’s needs and goals.
8. Protects the company’s value by keeping information confidential
9. Manage existing clients(Vendors and Buyers)
10. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
11. Ensure monthly submission of vendor reports monthly.
12. Ensure status reports every month to buyers is submitted promptly.
13. Ensure all confirmed clients have updated file documents in their files and make sure all files are up to date.
14. Advise & contribute on all marketing materials on projects.
15. Develop and implement a marketing strategy to sell/lease properties in the company’s mandates.
16. Know the available properties on the market.
17. Closing sales and leases on properties
18. Ensure workflow process within team is adhered to.

Job Scope and Accountabilities

Development of area market – market segmentation, prospecting, marketing
Reporting – Weekly activities reporting to Management
Prompt Response to enquiries – e-mails, letters, etc
Annual Target
Direct marketing
E-marketing

Private Clients, Corporate Clients, and General Clients
Marketing consultants
Finance
Legal
Media/ PR Consultants – Press, Newspaper, Adverts, Public relations
Branches

Key Performance Goals/Targets

Introduction of new projects
Complaint free CRM
Low level of client exit
Turnaround time for project transactions
Management of customer database update daily
Market intelligence – competition products, operations,
E-marketing (updating information on website, placement of sales materials)
Operations – Receipt/Response to mails, emails, etc

In respect of the ideal candidate profile:

Minimum Education:

University degree in business management, finance, accounting, administration or similar field.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in operations, marketing communications, administration, business process.

Experience in Real Estate will be of added advantage
