Review and validate clarity of work requests.
Build plans that minimize equipment downtime and maximize safe/efficient/effective use of resources.
Initiate the interface between maintenance and other business areas to develop an integrated plan
Initiate procurement requisitions and track status of materials and contract services
Facilitate planning meetings as required.
Develop standard plans and maintain library
Requirements
+ years HND or equivalent.
Experience in the maintenance, repairing and testing equipment and machinery.
Experience in use and operation of a recognized computerized maintenance management system. SAP experience preferred.
Knowledge of plant shutdown planning requirements and procedures.
Working knowledge of established computerized planning and scheduling tools, such as, SAP, Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Materials Management software like EMA.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings (P&IDs, PFDs, SLDs) and vendor documentation.
Good written and spoken English.
