Job description
MISSION:
The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services of KAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain financial files and records
Establish and maintain supplier accounts
Ensure data is entered into the system
Administer employment agreements
Verify and report on benefits payments
Maintain the leave management system
Review remittances
Supervise completion of the payroll
Review payroll reports
Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
Respond to inquiries
Assist with preparation of contract documents
Perform other related duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
B.Sc. (or HND) Degree.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in similar Job role

Accounting and bookkeeping
Effective verbal and listening communications
Effective written communications
Ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, PowerPoint and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
