Estate Firm Employment for Project Manager

A reputable and successful real estate firm is advertising for the position of:

Job Title: Project Manager

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

– Implement strategic priorities for the company projects in terms of commercial management, project management, finance management as well as managing necessary stakeholders
– Lead local negotiations with potential partners for ongoing developments
– Monitor day-to-day relationships with partners for ongoing developments, and establish metrics to analyze and track performance of partners
– Monitor necessary coordination to manage project sites and logistics, project documentation, project cost and working capital management, and other elements of project management
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the approved quality
– Ensure adherence to Quality and Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) standards


Desired Skills and Experience

– Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related role (Relevant certifications are an added advantage)
– Must have 10-15 years experience in managing real estate projects
– Effective project management skills
– Excellent budgeting skills
– Excellent data compilation / reporting skills
– Advanced Project Management, MS Office skills
– Effective business writing skills
– Knowledge and understanding of laws regarding real estate and investment is considered a plus
