Job Title: Hotel Manager

Job Description
- The applicant will have ultimate responsibility of the overall operation of the hotel and must have had experience in similar hotel overseas or high qu – hotel in Nigeria.
Qualifications
- A minimum of B.Sc or HND (Upper Credit) in Catering and Hotel Management.
- 10 years experience in Catering and Hotel Management.
- Membership of relevant professional association will be an advantage.
Duties
- Using hotel resources to maximize guests’ satisfaction and optimize revenue.
- Representing the hotel in the market place and develop relationship with key accounts.
- Aggressively managing all the independent revenue and expense areas to ensure profitability.
- Aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.
- Developing and implementing staff training programs
- Providing the hotel owners with regular reports on the hotels operating objectives and fiscal performance.
