We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading upstream E&P Oil and Gas client for a number of exciting roles.  Our client currently owns a number of prolific producing assets and are keen to bolster their already impressive team of talented professionals.

Job Title: Manager, Exploration Deepwater
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Salary: Negotiable
 
Role Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all DW exploration activities as well as other non-operated JV exploration Assets.
• Direct
  and provide technical evaluation and assessment of all DW and non JV
  exploration assets for potential farm-in opportunities.
•  Lead
  and operate the Company’s exploration function to discover significant
  oil and gas deposits in line with client’s strategy, through evaluation
  of new exploration opportunities (deep water (“DW”) and non JV Operated
  Assets) and  evaluation of new farm-in Mature and recommend prospects
  for drilling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelors of Science in Geology and Masters in Geology or Geophysics.
• Knowledge
  and technical capabilities and expertise in subsurface evaluation
  disciplines and techniques (geological, geophysical, petroleum
  engineering and specialist studies), with experience integrated
  evaluation of assets.
