Our client, a multinational company with business operations and strong local ties in over countries including Nigeria, requires the services of:

Job Title: National Service Manager

Required Skill & Qualification

Good communication skills both in written and oral.
B.Sc/HND in mechanical background
Preferred background in motorcycles of all engine size
Ability to work independently.


Maximize productivity levels of service technicians
Monitor all department warranty claim submissions and requisite credits and take action as required.
Maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
Establish service network according to sales network development.
Develop training curriculum and execute training of service technicians and mechanics.

Marine Technician and Trainer


Ensure the availability of outboard engines, related tools and spare parts in-conjunction with other relevant departments.
Conduct regular in-house and on the field training in order to ensure maintenance is properly done.
Working closely with customers to assess satisfaction.
Assist in the regular appraisals of trainee technicians
Analyses defect, adjusts and repairs electrical and mechanical systems of outboard motors.
Implement HSE policy by encouraging a safe HSE culture.
Required Skill & Qualification

Possess a minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge of four stroke outboard engine.
Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
Should be able to work in a culturally diverse environment.
Minimum of 5 years relevant engineering experience.
