Job Title: IT Support Officers

Location Lagos

THE ROLE:

The purpose of the role is to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organisation ensuring that they run smoothly and providing technical support and advice to computer users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Maintaining records of software license
Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 Years experience in IT field
Not more than 30 years old.
The candidate needed should be preferrably Male
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Database Administration Skill and Knowledge and skill
Web and Desktop Programming Skills
Network Administration Skills
Technical skills
Organisational skills
Interpersonal skills
A logical, meticulous and methodical nature
Capable of working well under pressure

Job Title: Dispatch Riders 
Location Lagos

The Role:

Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver packages, materials, mails, documents etc to specificed location within specified time frames
 Answering any sales enquiry from customers
Collect signatures verifying receipt of materials
Any other duties as assigned  by Superior
Requirements:

Must possess a high level of trust and integrity.
Must have a driver’s license and rider’s permit
Must be polite and customer-centric.
Must be familiar with Lagos road
Must be very familiar traffic rules in Lagos
Must be able to ride a motorcycle
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, any field
Abitlity to speak basic English and write coherently
Familiar with Lagos Roads
Have relevant dispatch working experience
Reporting
Daily and weekly report on tasks done and task at hand.
