Job Profile 

  • Reporting to the Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) at the Head Office, the desired candidate will ensure proper management of data on the District Health Information System (DHIS) software.
  • S/He will ensure that data collected from state level implementation are collated and entered expeditiously in the webbased DHIS and ready for use for program planning.
  • The successful candidate will provide technical support to users of DHIS2 at all levels and will modify and update the DHIS2 modules in accordance with program requirement and specification.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Must possess a first degree in statistics/Sciences/Medical/Behavioural/Demography/Social Sciences or
    its equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Must have minimum of one (1) year experience in the use of DHIS 1.4 and 2.0.
  • Must have intermediate expertise in mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) M&E and research.
  • S/He must possess ability to analyse and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to inform
    programming.

  • Reporting to the Territorial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination all SFH Malaria supply chain and social mobilisation activities in the State.
  • Primary duties management and monitoring of private sector health facilities and providers, working with CSOs’ oversight of Sub-recipients’/Consultams’ progress towards achieving programme deliverables.
  • S/He be responsible for management of health commodity distribution and monitoring the quality of ensuring the fiscal integrity of all transactions and operations activities.
  • S/He will also be responsible quality assuring all training, and monitoring and evaluation of malaria intervention programmes the state.
  • S/He will also be required to strengthen the RBM partnership in the state arid will liaison of SFH to the public sector aspect of the malaria control programme.

  • Must possess a first degree in any Health/Behavioural/Social sciences or related field.

  • Reporting to the Territorial Manager with a dotted line relationship to the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the proper application of SFH and donor policies in the handling of Finances of all projects in the territories.
  • S/He will ensure the efficient management of finances and also ensure adequate records are kept safely and in an easily retrievable manner.
  • S/He will be responsible for sending financial reports to Headquarters and will assist in the drawing up of project budget, its monitoring and the recording of variances.
  • In addition, s/he will reconcile all staff accounts and produce an ageing report and also analyse retirements to ensuring they have both the appropriate approvals and support documents which comply with SFH policies.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Must possess a first degree (BSc/HND) in Accounting or its equivalent in any related field.
