Job Description
Identifies customers financial needs.
Sell various types of policies.
Provides advice to the customer in wealth creation environment.
Embed enduring long term relationships with clients, through supporting them in achieving their financial goals based on planning, advice and guidance.
Generates list of prospective clients.
Evolve sales strategies to compete with other insurance companies.
Ensure renewal of policies.
Competence/Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skill.
Initiative and confident.
Excellent communication/presentation skills.
Must be professional, objective/customer eccentric.
Must be a computer literate.
Minimum Qualification
A first degree in any discipline or any social sciences.
