Job Title: Senior B2B Sales Executive
Job Description
- Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses.
- Pitch products and services.
- Develop presentations.
- Create and assess a business marketing strategy.
- Develop sales quota targets.
- Anticipate revenues.
- Develop relationships with vendors.
- Demonstrate company products and solutions.
- Satisfy technical needs during sales cycle.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in Corporate B2B Sales preferably with IPC’s like Broll, JLL etc or with large real estate companies handling their office leasing business
- Should have good contacts amongst MNC’s and large Nigerian conglomerate
- Should have a good and demonstrable deal closure pedigree
- Must have worked in the Lagos and Abuja markets
- Must be well spoken with excellent negotiation skills

Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant
Main Responsibilities
- Enhance sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
- Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 12 years experience with a significant portion of that in RealEstate industry with market leaders and in high end luxury product categories.
