Job Title: Shopkeeper

Requirements

  • A minimum qualification of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.
  • You must speak English fluently as well as 2 other languages, Hausa preferable.
  • At least 3 years of retail experience at shop-floor level is necessary.
  • The job involves continuous interaction with customers and excellent inter-personal relation.

Job Title: Cost Accountant
Details:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your responsibilities will include:
COSTING FUNCTIONS:
Production cost accumulation and Full Factory Cost determination.
Determination of applicable overhead recovery rate.
Maintain Cost Sheets for Finished Goods Inventory and advice on Cost variations.
Production Yield Variance analysis and Waste determination.
Monthly product GP analysis and advising on product performance trends.
Quarterly physical count, Reconciliation and Valuation of Finished goods inventory.
Quarterly physical count, Reconciliation and Valuation of Raw materials and Master Batches.
FIXED ASSETS MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS:
Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register to track company assets by purchase date, useful lives, depreciation, impairment status, location etc.
Half yearly physical fixed assets verification and reconciliation.
Fixed Assets Numbering.
Accounting for Fixed assets Additions
Accounting for Fixed assets Disposals
Depreciation of Fixed assets
Impairment of Fixed assets
Degree-qualified, you must have proficiency in Microsoft office ( Word, Excel – Macros, Html, Javascript etc., Power point/MS Access). You must have worked for at least 5 years as a Cost or Factory Accountant of a well-structured manufacturing company. Experience in Plastics Manufacturing and Costing as well as Fixed Assets Management will be an advantage
Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Details:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Implementing the company’s customer Service policy in the assigned sales territory.
Providing relevant information needed to develop the territorial sales plan and strategies towards achieving the agreed regional sales target.
Ensuring cost effective secondary distribution of products within your territory.
Continuous merchandising and shelf/table audit of products in trade.
Periodic visitation of all customers (Distributors and Wholesaler).
Assisting in implementing the regional sales plan and strategies.
Implementing the company’s customer Service policy in the assigned sales territory.
Ensuring adherence to company policies as regards sales, marketing and credit control. Collecting all debt owed by customers and ensuring that their cheques and credit facilities are operated in line with laid down regulations.
Seeking out, and recommending for appointment potential distributors within the designated territory.
Assisting to monitor and review regularly distributors’’ performances and making recommendations as to their retention or dismissal.
Maintaining close contact with customers and reporting on sales performance, market trends, competition and other environmental factors which may impact on sales within the territory and recommending counter strategies.
Providing technical, marketing and sales support to the company’s customer.
Conducting demonstrations and training to users and distributors sales team.
Reporting on customers’ feedback and complaints.
Preparing visit schedules, conducting visits to customers to promote sales and maintain good customer relationship.
A good university degree with at least two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing management is required. The job involves a great deal of traveling around the territory, physical strength, driving competency and excellent inter-personal relation.
Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
Details:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide operational and administrative support to the Managing Director. You will be involved in the marketing of the company’s products and services, conduct detailed analytical research and objective evaluation of corporate clienteles’ performance as well as be responsible for the general supervision of operating units. In addition, you will:
Analyse financial and operating performance of clients in order to establish their credit worthiness;
Conduct research on the industry in which the company is operating and keep a track on the performance of the industry as a whole;
Interact with CFOs and MDs of companies and visit sites of their operational unit for understanding the nature of their business, the operations & risk factors associated with them;
Publish timely, topical and high quality research on general market and sector specific trends, contributing to the increasing profile of the company within the Nigerian money and capital markets;
Compile analytical reports and make presentations to relevant committees, including the management of the company’s clientele as might be required. rating recommendations;
Make logically argued analytical presentations to the management of rated issuers;
Ensure timely completion of all assignments under your direct supervision.
Communicate with various market constituents, including investors, issuers, bankers, regulators and members of the media, regarding the agency’s rating rationales, analytical views and general market trends.
Degree-qualified plus a masters in a financial management course, you must have a minimum of 10 years’ post qualification experience in corporate finance. You must have strong financial analytical skills, including forecasts development, peer/industry analysis and an ability to identify key drivers of credit profile for any given case/ credit. Excellent communication and presentation skills to connect at senior management level are essential for this position. A self-starter and efficient time manager with the ability to handle multiple assignments on an on-going basis, with high productivity target are important to the success of this role.

Job Title: Field Agents
Details:
Reporting to a Field Supervisor, you will visit the company’s client’s customers to ascertain their adherence to payment of bills and report to the office.
You must have a first degree or an HND.

Details:
Reporting to the Executive Chairman, you will provide overall financial direction, planning, reporting and leadership with responsibility for all financial matters relating to the group. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Developing and implementing effective financial strategies, controlling framework and management systems to guide and support business operations.
Providing financial advice on the company’s short, medium and long term cash / funding / risk situation to the management.
Implementing Board and Management financial policies in line with approved financial procedures and generally accepted Financial / Accounting practices and statutory requirements.
Preparation of the corporate strategic planning process, company’s annual budgets, monitoring and reporting performance against targets, variances analyses and initiating corrective actions.
Providing auditable financial accounts to management.
Boosting a robust financial standards and dynamism of the company through efficient utilisation of manpower, attention to details, etc.
Liaising with external auditors, regulatory authorities and financial management consultants.
Degree-qualified, you must be an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with a minimum of 10 years’ post qualification requisite experience. This position requires a high level of maturity and strong leadership skills. Also of importance, you must be credible and trustworthy. You must have high level communication and influencing skills. Highly numerate and analytical with a practical approach to problem solving, you must have the drive and commercial acumen to succeed. A good knowledge of an accounting software is required.
