About The Hotel
The hotel is a top of the range beautifully designed edifice sitting on one acre of land with large grounds for car parking that can accommodate 30 cars.
It has 42 rooms I suites for guests, a big restaurant, bar, a large conference hail and four administrative offices.
The furnishing is top class and other facilities include swimming pool, very well equipped Gym, Wedding hall, 200KVA and 100KVA standby Generators, and a dedicated PHCN power transformer already installed.
About the Location
The hotel is strategically located at the city centre along the popular Onwe road.
This is a busy part of the city near the Government house and close to major attractions like the Stadium, the International market, St. Mulumba Catholic Church, Hope High British International School, Ochiudo city, etc.
Business Prospects
The location of the hotel places it advantageously to high class Government customers, business visitors and tourists who would like to stay close to the city centre where most of the activities take place.
Ebonyi State capital city Abakaliki is growing very fast and with the influx of new investments and government activities will maintain 80-100% occupancy for most hotels in the city.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
The bidders will be prequalified based on technical experience of managing similar operatorship and capacity to maintain reasonable working capital levels.
Final selection will be to the best qualified bidder meeting both technical and financial selection criteria.

Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation.
Names of Directors! Principal officers,
Evidence of technical experience managing similar hotel;
guarantor or performance bond will be of significant advantage.
The bid or projected quarterly/monthly lump sum payment to Owner.
Company audited accounts for past three years.
Evidence of financial capacity from the company’s bank. Note ability to provide a reputable
