Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location Enugu

Job Description :
10 + Years experience in similar industry , should must have handled role of RSM for at least 2 – 3 Years
(HND) – BSc Graduate , Master in Sales & Marketing will have advantage

The purpose of the job is to ensure effective branch management by achieving Target sales & collections by managing  people & resources
Visiting all markets as per the PJP
Identification & selection of distributors / dealers
Ensuring the debt collection within the stipulated time
Effectively handling General Administration of Branch
Ensuring that employees are not involved in fraud & wrong billing
Employee Motivation & team spirit
SALES

To achieve the Sales & the collection target for the branch
Monitoring & driving sales & collection on a regular basis
Ensuring correct indenting as per the branch stock norms ( 15 days inventory )
Good understanding of the market & the competition
Market development ( width & depth of distribution – KDS, MDS etc )
Motivating & driving sales team fot target achievement
DEBTORS MANAGEMENT

Collections should be equal to or more than sales
Strictly adhere to the division wise credit days
Get the detors confirmation from all distributors on a quarterly basis
Zeroising the customers on regular basis ( to cover all once in a quarter )
To ensure no cash & stock are handled by any of the FMCl staff.
To strictly adhere to systems, procedures, credit policies, outstanding amount as allowed by organization
ADMINISTRATION

Training & motivation of the sales staff
Identification of the potential employees for higher responsibilities
Asset Management at the branch level ( shoule have the list of the asset within branch )
FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS

Handling banking function
Reconcialiation of the collections & deposits
STRATEGIES AND PROMOTIONS

Implementation & monitoring of the BTL activities for the products
Timely distribution of schemes & gifts to the distributors

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Job purpose of the direct reportees is to assist the Branch Manager in achieving the sales target for the branch.

NATURE OF THE JOB

Coordinating for distribution of specific product category
Debtors management
Coordinating with all NSM’s as per their assigned responsibilities
Coordinates for all administrative & personal support on a regular basis
on a daily basis
Coordinate with the Banking & the treasure team as & when required
On all HR related matters ( Recruitment, Salaries, Confirmations, transfers etc )
On all admin related issues
Coordination for the supply of products / Out Bound
