The ideal candidate must be highly
- Experienced in the production of Biscuits etc.
- He must be able to install machines and manage a whole factory.
- He must be able to plan production to ensure good quality assurance and profitability.
- He must have proven track records in the industry
- He must be able to work without supervision.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field, or combination of experience and education.
- Must have 5-10 years working experience.
