Job Title: Cash Officer

Location: Nationwide

Job Description

  • The Cash Officer has the overall responsibility for branch operations and cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify that vault/reserve cash movement differences are resolved daily
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts
  • Competence Requirement Operations Management

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years banking experience or in other related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of Science, Finance related discipline, Business Administration and Humanities.


Job Title: Internal Auditor

Location: Nationwide

Job Description

  • The Internal Auditor will ensure that the internal audit function provides quality services that comply with internal and international auditing standards and management expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upholding the highest possible quality of services through various quality control checks and appropriate allocation of duties.
  • Reporting monthly and quarterly and annual audit results; issues validation;
  • Participating in major initiatives and proactively providing advice and assistance on change initiatives.

Competence Requirements:

  • Good decision making abilities
  • Working knowledge of audit/risk assessment techniques and principles

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in the banking industry or other related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of Science, Finance related discipline, Business Administration and Humanities.

Added Advantage:

  • Professional qualification such as CIA, CISA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA,
  • COBIT or similar is a plus
Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Nationwide

Job Description

  • The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

Competence Requirements:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem analysis and problem solving.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the banking industry or other related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related technical field preferred

Added Advantages:

  • Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality.
  • Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma.

Job Title: Operation Manager

Job Description

  • The Operations Manager has the overall responsibility for branch operations, business development and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • To deepen existing customer relationships, and aggressively develop new businesses
  • To develop specific strategies and acquire new customers
  • Analyze business and operational activities to ensure branch profitability

  • Operations Management

  • Minimum of 5 years banking experience or in other related industry.

Job Title: Regional Manager

Job Description 

The Regional Manager works with branch managers in his region and has overall responsibility for regional operations, business development and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • To deepen existing customer relationships, and aggressively develop new businesses
  • Provide oversight and guidance to all the branches in the region
  • Analyze business and operational activities to ensure regional profitability

Competence Requirements:

  • Business Development
  • Team and People Management

  • Minimum of 7 years banking experience or in other related industry.
