Job Title: Static Equipment SpecialistReference Code: CTSS

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Support Static Equipment Lead in all the technical matters and interface with other disciplines.
  • Participate in the preparation of Material Requisitions related to Static Equipment.
  • Review clients technical documentation and requirements on Static Equipment.
  • Provide technical support to Procurement, Subcontracting and Construction activities included in the scope of work.
  • Assist project management in technical interface with client.
  • Ensure technical support during plant construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
  • Ensure technical support during plant construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
  • Prepare detail engineering documentation in compliance with process requirements and technical specifications (equipment mechanical data sheets, etc.)
  • Execute studies and engineering relevant to static equipment

Qualification and Experience

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years experience.

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Organize, coordinate and control execution of handling and lifting activities, performed by subcontractors and company operations.
  • Ensure the supervision and monitoring of the Handling and Lifting activities performed, subcontracted or handled by direct hires.
  • Create and keep updated lifting and handling equipment register with all the necessary information: certification, maintenance, colorcoding, etc.
  • Ensure that lifting activities are covered by lifting plans where applicable
  • Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety and quality standards are respected

Qualification and Experience

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the Energy Sector or Construction sector.

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Organize, coordinate and control the execution of electrical works, performed by subcontractors or by direct hiring, ensuring the management of the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering departments, overseeing the availability of the construction materials and equipment and verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule.
  • Ensures correct and cost effective performance of electrical construction works in accordance with the established operating programs, coordinating and controlling activities performed by the dependent teams.

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the Energy Sector.

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Orderly collect and manage/check documents certifying test, controls and inspection documents, ensuring that all dimensional and measurement related records are properly retrievable within the final As-Built dossier
  • Assist engineering functions during constructability analysis with regard to tolerances definition and consistency.
  • Ensure all measurements during fit up and after weld of assembly area of prefabrication, subassemblies, assemblies items, structures.
  • Ensure all measurements during preparation of assembly area and support points
  • Ensure all measurements during and after welding are properly documented, (and PWHT, if any)
  • Ensure proper calibration of all measuring equipment
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Quality Control Plan/Inspection Test Plans, witnessing inspection and collecting relevant Quality Control records

Job Title: Welding Equipment Leader (Assets Superintendent)

  • Ensure welding process equipment and pipeline equipment installation and maintenance onboard as per project requirements
  • Collect feedback information regarding functionality/usability/reliability of Welding production equipment, production equipment and Pipeline equipment in order to propose improvements.
  • Hold Company certification, training matrix and functional matrix

Qualification and Experience

  • A degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering with a minimum of 8 years in experience in welding equipment management.
Job Title: Asset Co-ordinator

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Manage approved projects for development of new Engineering and Construction vessels and equipment
  • Plan/perform the management, maintenance and efficiency of fleets, relevant yard equipment and fixed structures, logistic bases and mobile equipment.
  • Give support to project in defining standard procedures, coordinating operating methods as regards vessels, equipment and yards.
  • Coordinate interface between operating methods and operational management for hydro testing, pre commissioning, diving/survey subsea activities including guidelines, best practices and disciplinary support for in house/subcontracted activities
  • Perform/contribute to worldwide operational/maritime manning of vessels in its remit
  • Coordinate and track project materials and equipment.
