Requirements

  • Graduate of Social science or relevant discipline
  • Must possess energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others
  • Must be a member of CIPM and must have attended different trainings to bust his or her career
  • Must have hands on up to date experience
  • Must have an experience from an automobile sector


Job Description
 

  • Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
  • Planning, directing and delivering training and development programmes including staff inductions, to accomplish the organisation’s goals
  • Developing individual training programmes that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment.
  • Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
  • Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as line managers, sales personnel and senior managers at board level;
  • Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important;
