Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years directly relevant experience
  • Experience with CPC, CPM and Performance payment models
  • Must have direct relevant experience in successfully and profitably driving online traffic and ideally have a keen interest in football and gaming.



Job Title:   PR and Retail Activation Manager 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading promotional activity for the launch of new retail outlets
  • Leading promotional activities or creating Promo-packages for field sales or new product launches
  • Procuring promotional materials
  • Continuously improve promotional activities
  • Monitoring and evaluating competitor activity
  • Responsible for PR activities

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 1 year of directly relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The successful candidate will be a hard-working individual with a “can-do” attitude, keen to take on responsibility and building a business.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a sustainable SEO strategy
  • Plan and execute tried and tested optimization methods as well as new initiatives

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong understanding of the commercial impact of SEO
  • In depth knowledge of SEO especially from a technical perspective
  • Experience of using SEO tools (such as Moz) and analytical tools (such as Google analytics)

  • You must have direct relevant experience from successfully implementing SEO strategies.



Job Title:  Customer Retention and Customer Service Manager 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Defining, optimizing, implementing and managing use of all retention channels

  • Life-time value optimization
  • Improving the company’s offering to surpass customer expectations
  • Reporting, monitoring and analysis of all retention campaigns (including daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports to senior management)
  • Defining, implementing and managing customer services ensuring the service level provided to customers is in line with international best practice

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years directly relevant experience

  • Experience working directly in customer retention online specifically in the gaming and betting industry. Also must have interest in sports and betting.



Job Title:   HR and Recruitment Manager 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the General Manager, the HR & Recruitment Manager will lead the company’s recruitment process, deliver high calibre candidates to the GM or relevant area manager as well as define and manage the company’s HR policies.
  • Source candidates and conduct initial screening
  • Developing and implementating HR policies and procedures
  • Staff development plans assisting/leading personnel reviews
  • Assisting/leading disciplinary actions
  • Maintain employee files
  • Edsuring adherence to best practice
  • keeping up to date with relevant legistlation

Qualification and Experience:

  • Degree level education, professional qualification in a related field
  • Professional experience in a directly relevant role of minimum 2 years with a reputable organization

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening of field based sales agents
  • Training new agents in products, sales and retail standards
  • Monitoring and managing sales agents performance
  • Delivering new products to the sales force
  • Competitor awareness and evaluation

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of directly relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the local gaming market place
  • Strong self-discipline and ambition
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Minimum HND qualification
