Job Title: Assistant Chef
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Food services/Catering industries.
- Carry out regular and frequent food hygiene audits on all Catering Division sites to assess the food
- Hygiene company standard and identify food hygiene risks.
- Take corrective action when food hygiene risks are identified with Company standards.
- National & Continental Dishes, Pastries & Dessert
- Ensuring that all the food safety requirements outlined in the Health
Requirements
- Candidates with minimum 3 year experience in Food/Cafeteria
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock audit check and balance.
- Experience of working in a similar role for a catering or food services company.
- You will possess excellent organizational skills and be an effective communicator at all levels.
- Ensure kitchen safety and food hygiene
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Maintain kitchen and work station cleanliness
- You should adept at report writing.
