Job Title: Real Estates Sales Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • To execute property sales, while ensuring high quality customer service, identifying opportunities for growing sales volume.

Job Accountability:

  • Property Sales
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Customer Service and Communications
  • General knowledge of Business Development and Marketing
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.


Qualifications

  • B.Sc or HND in any discipline
  • Professional membership of a recognized sales and marketing body
  • Msc or MBA will be added advantage
  • 2 to 3 years sales and marketing experience
  • Sound knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Proven passion for sales and marketing
  • Must be female
  • Resident around – Lekki -Ajah, Gbagada, Yaba, Jibowu, Obalende

Main Duties

  • Work hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
  • Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
  • Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
  • Answer clients’ questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
  • Investigate clients’ financial and credit status in order to determine eligibility for financing.

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Lagos 

Job Description
To execute property sales, while ensuring high quality customer service, identifying opportunities for growing sales volume and driving team members to achieve their sales target.

Job Accountabilities

  • Property Sales, Strategy and Procedures
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Customer Service and Communications
  • General knowledge of Business Development and Marketing

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
  • Must be able to drive team members to achieve their sales target
  • Demonstrate knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
  • Produce innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
  • Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
  • Identify business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume and profitability per property sales.
  • Ensure that the key accounts are effectively managed.
  • Ensure to submit consistent property sales plans every month or quarterly for corporate sales review and revenue update.
  • Proven capability to be able to command the market in his/ her favour
  • Will be working on revenue sharing model.
