Prospective investors who wish to partner with the State Government in the development of the rich mineral deposits in the state are advised to provide the following information:
- Evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
- Copy of Article and Memorandum of Association,
- Particulars of Directors,
- Letter of Attestation from any major bank in Nigeria,
- Evidence of financial capability,
- Company Profile with evidence of undertaking similar enterprise in the past.
- Tax Clearance for the past three years,
- Evidence of Audit Reports for the past three years,
Mineral Deposits for Development include but not limited to:
Salt, Coal, Bitumen, Limestone, Gypsum, Lead, Zinc, Granite etc.a
How to Apply
Interested companies/organisations wishing to form a partnership with the Government of Ebonyi State in the development of the underlisted mineral deposits are expected to collect relevant application forms from the address below on payment of a non- refundable fee of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000) payable to the Government of Ebony State:

Note: Only the companies shortlisted through the rigorous selection process will be invited for further negotiations.
