Job Title: Accounts and Administrative Officer

Summary

  • The position is a full time requiring periodic late business hours closure and weekend work, Successful candidates MUST be able to prepare all relevant templates and reconcile all information/data entry back logs along with relevant expertise management/consultant within his/her first 60 days of resumption.
  • You must have previous relevant experience and demonstrate high ethical standards, computer literacy and strong knowledge of relevant job related applications.
  • This Position is full time with decisional weekend days required.

Responsibilities
Your duties will Include (but not limited):
Key Task:

  • Accounts Receivable, Bank reconciliations, banking and debt collection
  • Accounts Payable including data entry, reconciliations and payment procedures
  • Processing Payroll approx. 10-40 Staff (contract and ful time) Maintenance of customer flies
  • General office administrative procedures Handling some enquiries via telephone, email and fax Other duties relative to accounting as required.

RequirementsThe successful candidate will:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree Required
  • Self-discipline and high organizational ability is a MUST.
  • Ability to be work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A proactive and positive mind set
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other CRM products

Job Title: ICT Document Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Meet with engineers and other stakeholders to gather required solution functionality information
  • Create, edit and update controlled engineering documents, SOP’s, troubleshooting guides, training materials and work Instructions in accordance with ITU-IEEE standards and policies
  • Work with stakeholders through the iterative process of document changes
  • Prioritize multiple assignments within a fast paced environment
  • Maintain document content accuracy and consistency
  • Provide regular progress updates to company head of operations
  • Periodic late hour work and weekend working to meet timelines.

Required Knowledge – Skills – and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform at this level.
  • 2-5 years of experience in writing and editing engineering documents of various relevant electrical, ICT and telecommunications applications.
  • Documentation experience In the areas of Information technology, electrical engineering and telecommunications is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and professional writing and design skills
  • Strong organization skills and great attention to details
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Autocad, /isio professional etc
  • Adobe Acrobat Professional (PDF) or similar programs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and with limited supervision
  • Good at investigating situations or issues to get relevant information; adept at asking probing questions to successfully obtain quality information
  • Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas

Qualifications

  • First Degree in related science/engineering field.
  • Professional qualifications though not a necessity but could be an added advantage.

Job Title: Company Secretarial Clerk/Administrative Assistant

Location: Nigeria

Summary

  • The position is a full time requiring periodic late business hours closure and weekend work, Successful candidates MUST be able to prepare all relevant templates and reconcile all information/data entry back logs along with relevant expertise management/consultant within his/her first 60 days of resumption.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support;
  • Assist Company Secretary for documentation of statutory filings;
  • Assist in adhoc duties as required.
  • Assist in professional event and appointment scheduling
  • Provide company first contact CRM required within an IT engineering industry
  • Conduct and maintain company HR/material access and movement oversight
  • Maintain company contact registry
  • Initiate relevant company official Memos and coordinate meetings (In-house and third party)

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with 5+ years working experience; Further qualifications might be an added advantage
  • Good command of written & spoken English; Other languages proficiency could bean added advantage
  • Polite, responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and good communication skill;
  • Proficiency in all MS office applications;
  • Knowledge in company secretary and CSA programme is an
  • Willing to work under pressure with independent correspondence;
  • Immediate availability is key
  • Ability to work overtime, under pressure and occasional weekends and holidays might be an added advantage
  • Must be conversant with document management systems and fully participate in implementing same for the company within first six months of official engagement.
