Requirements
- Must have two years experience in circulation and distribution unit from a media or news paper organization.
Job Description
- Develop mail strategies and create mailing list for catalog promotions
- Assist in budget preparation action action to achieve cost effectiveness.
- Determine business forecast and develop strategies to meet revenue goals
- Analyze customer responses before and after the mailing and accordingly plan circulation strategies
- Maintain circulation database for customer service transactions
- Coordination with production unit to finalize mater copies for distribution
- Review mailing list and make any additions or removals
- Prepare customer services reports and weekly sales reports for management
- Support in market initiative and oversee promotions and email offers
- Prepare management report ,presentations ,charts and graphs for business meetings
- Provide timely response to customers queries
