Epayplus is recruiting to qualified candidates to fill the position of:
Job Title: Procurement and Logistics Officer
- 3 years’ experience in a similar sector.
- Professional qualifications is an added advantage.
- Bi-annual evaluation of registered vendors.
- Timely procurement (using the reorder level) and supply of all consumables and general office needs.
- Prompt issuance of P.O for all contracts awarded/management approval of contract awarded and effective follow up regarding PO’s issued.
- Being customers’ single point contact for all procurement.
- Negotiate using cost cutting/savings technics and manage contracts with suppliers.
- Drive supply chain, Order management, claim administration & logistics.
- Vendor Management: all procurement & clearing must be done within timeline specified timelines
- Ensure there is no stock out on consumables at all times
- Ensure the implementation of the Admin policies and procedures.
- Manages the Admin ERP (for procurement purposes & any other purpose) and Ensure proper/good record keeping.
- Handle all inbound Logistics and some outbound logistics (Clear understanding of customs laws and documents PAAR, Form M etc.)
