Job Title: Field Quality Focal Persons (QFPs)

Job Profile 

  • This is a Senior Officer position reporting to the Territorial Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Women’s Health Project (WHP) program manager.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of Family Planning (FP) and Reproductive Health (RP) activities in the State.
  • S/He will give support to other QFPs to ensure that all SFH Franchise service delivery activities and/or interventions are implemented in a timely manner at the state level.

Job Title: MIS, Link and Referral Officer (SHiPs for MARPs Project)

Job Profile
This is a one-year fixed term (with likelihood of renewal) Officer position reporting to the SHiPs for MARPs State Team Leader. The successful candidate will provide support in reviewing data from the service delivery points as well as monitor and act as first point of data quality check. S/He will review and correct errors on computation and aggregate data into the summary sheet from the primary source documents. S/He will ensure the effective management of all incoming and outgoing referrals on STI, HTS and other relevant services for key populations on the SHiPs for MARPs project.  
Qualifications/Experience 

  • Must possess a first degree in a relevant field. Certificates in relevant M&E courses will be added advantage.
  • Must possess a minimum of one (1) year post NYSC work experience, preferably in M&E.
  • Must have previous experience in the use of the DHIS and other national M&E tools.

  • S/He will prepare salary journals on current month and book into SAP before close of monthly financials and analyze all common cost/shared costs and accurately apportion/allocate to various projects within one week after close of monthly financials.

  • The Deputy Manager  Accounts  will  report  to  the  Global  Fund  Project  Accountant.

  • The  accountant  will  assist  with  the management of project finances and budgeting of most activities as well as ensuring that appropriate financial management is taking place at HQ and field level.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and  booking  vendor  invoices  into SAP.
  • He/She  will  review  all  approved  retirements  for  completeness  and accuracy  and  post  into  SAP  assist  to  produce  project  budget  monitoring  reports,  and  review  common  cost journals.

Qualifications/Experience 

  • Must possess a first degree (B.Sc/HND) in Accounting or any related field.
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant.
  • Must possess minimum six (6) years post NYSC work experience
  • Must possess a broad knowledge of accounting software packages especially SAP.
  • Must possess excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess a high level of integrity and responsibility.
