Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Ariaria, Abia
Qualification and Experience
- Candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- A good first Degree or its equivalent in Social Science or Administration.
- At least 3-4 years Marketing experience acquired from a commercial bank, Insurance, or other relevant institutions.
- Knowledge of Aba market and Ariaria in particular is very important.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive performance for position
- Computer literacy is required
Responsibilities
- To supervise, mentor and drive a team of relationship managers, and render period.
- Daily report to head office.
- Drive membership and product penetration in Ariaria Market including deposit mobilization and loans.
- Must be willing to undergo training on MTN SAAS software.
Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Ariaria, Abia
Responsibilities
- The RMs are to drive membership enrollment, and ensure product penetration within the market including deposits mobilization and loans and render daily report to the CMO.
Qualification and Experience:
Candidate must possess the following qualification:
- A good first Degree or its equivalent in Social Science or Administration.
- At least 3-4 years Marketing experience acquired from a commercial bank, Insurance, or other relevant institutions.
- Ability to manage a team and drive performance for position
- Computer literacy is required
