Qualifications
- Minimum Requirement OND in related discipline
- 1
year work experience in related field; basic accounting skills,
excellent report writing, records keeping and communication skills are
very vital. The candidate must also possess supervisory capabilities. - In
addition, he/she must be smart, pay attention to details, able to multi
task, meet deadlines, trustworthy, analytic and versed in the use of
MS-Excel.
Job Description
- Manage inventory of the Product Center: sales reports, cash lodgements and monthly reconciliations of all literature items.
- Reconcile stock.
- Manage supply chain.
- Track the movement of products in and out of the product centre.
- Monitor and ensure perfect monthly inventory stock count.
- Verify monthly inventory report.
- Submit all reports to Product Center Manager.
- Submit monthly reconciliation and inventory reports to head office. 9. Any other duty that may be assigned.
