Objectives

• To ensure proper coordination, management and growth of all the
  programmes under Customer Management and Business Communication Academy
  and effective management of Marcforte’s database and information
  dissemination.
• Candidates must have a passion for writing, generating newsletters & strategic on social media networking.

Deliverables:

• Smooth running of all programmes under portfolio
• Planning and organisation of training programmes
• Coordination of training programmes
• Develop mobilizer for post training activities
• Research for Business Development purposes
• Advert development and placement
• Management of Emails, phone numbers, addresses
• Timely development, Distribution and management of monthly newsletter
• Brand management on social media
• Revenue generation

Requirements

• A minimum of a tertiary educational qualification in any discipline or academic field with 0-2 years’ work experience.
